4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Check-in and Opening Practice Session     

6:30 PM: Dinner (Provided by Coaches)     

8:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Evening Session (Freestyle Basics & Drills)     

10:00 PM: Team Meeting in the Conference Room     

10:30 PM: Lights Out

 

Saturday, April 5th, 2025     

7:00 AM: Breakfast (Provided by Coaches)     

8:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Morning Session (Freestyle Technique)     

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch (Provided by Coaches)     

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon Session (Live Matches & Situational Wrestling)     

5:30 PM: Dinner (Provided by Coaches)     

7:00 PM - 8:30 PM: Evening Session (Greco-Roman Technique)     

9:00 PM: Team Activity (Watch Wrestling Videos/Discussion)     

10:30 PM: Lights Out

 

Sunday, April 6th, 2025     

7:00 AM: Breakfast (Provided by Coaches)     

8:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Final Session (Greco Live Matches & Review)     

11:00 AM: Check-out

 

Lodging Details     

 

• Athletes will stay at the Forty Club Inn in rooms of 4 athletes per room.     

• Rooms are equipped with two double beds, and rollaway beds will be available upon request.     

• Supervision will be provided by coaches and staff staying at the hotel.

 

Meals (Provided by Coaches)

Coaches will prepare and serve meals for athletes during the camp, ensuring well-balanced nutrition for optimal performance:     

• Friday: Dinner     

• Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner     

• Sunday: Breakfast

 

What to Bring     

• Wrestling gear (shoes, headgear, singlets)     

• Casual clothes for downtime     

• Toiletries and personal items     

• Water bottle     

• Notebook and pen     

• Positive attitude

 

This overnight camp is a great opportunity to develop Freestyle and Greco-Roman skills while enjoying team bonding. The coaches are fully invested in both your growth and your experience—let's make it a memorable weekend!
